Ready to feel more confident in the dating world?
Dating Coaching might be just what you’re looking for.
Let’s start where you’re at, and build from there.
Whether you’re newly single, getting back into the game after some time away, or completely new to dating, the modern dating world can be overwhelming. With over 20 years of experience as a professional date, I have seen the pitfalls firsthand. I know how difficult it can be to navigate apps, social situations, communication, and intimacy, especially if you don’t feel confident in your social or intimate skills.
The good news is that nearly everything involved in dating is a learnable skill. You can learn how to find local events that attract the kind of people you want to meet, navigate the apps (ugh, I know), make comfortable small talk, read social cues, communicate your interest, and become a more confident and attentive intimate partner. With the right guidance and enough practice, you can absolutely strengthen the skills that make dating more enjoyable and make meaningful connections more likely.
More than the standard escort experience.
Dating coaching goes beyond the standard GFE-type date, offering direct feedback and practical tools to develop skills that will serve you in every area of life. It’s an experience that is little more challenging, and asks a little more of you as the client, but is ultimately an investment in yourself and your own social wellbeing.
Different approaches for different goals.
A standard escort date, such as my Friends With Benefits Experience, can be a wonderful way to warm up those skills and build your confidence. However, those dates are designed primarily to make you feel good. They are not designed around blunt, constructive feedback or the long term goal of improving your dating skills. If you are looking for no strings attached fun, a confidence boost, or some much needed “me time,” a standard date is perfect. If your ultimate goal is to become better at dating, though, that may require a different approach.
Think of a Friends With Benefits date as a gentle stretching class, while dating coaching is an intensive boot camp. During an FWB date, I might offer gentle guidance such as, “Slow down a bit,” or, “Let’s try communicating that in a different way.” Dating coaching goes much deeper. We will break down issues with your technique, communication, expectations, and mentality. We will identify what may be preventing you from reaching your dating goals, discuss it in clear terms, and develop practical ways to improve the skills that can lead to greater success.
Like any experience centered on personal growth, dating coaching will not be fun or comfortable at every moment. It requires an honest look at your limiting beliefs, habits, and character flaws. If you are resistant to constructive criticism, feeling especially emotionally vulnerable, or unable to commit to a process lasting several months, the Friends With Benefits Experience is probably the better option for you. No judgement! I know this isn’t for everyone, which is why I still enthusiastically offer the more traditional (but still pretty damn unique, if you ask me) escort experience, as well.

If you are ready to begin dating, willing to be honest with yourself about what may be holding you back, and prepared to put some real effort into self reflection and practicing new skills, we can absolutely work together to transform dating into something you feel more comfortable and confident about, and generally brushing up on social skills.
I cannot guarantee that coaching will lead to a relationship or make you successful with every person you pursue. No ethical coach could promise you that. What I can say with confidence is that, if you complete the process and actively participate in the work, you will leave with a stronger understanding of open communication, small talk, dating etiquette, social cues, and intimacy. Most of these skills are generally socially beneficial, even outside of dating. You will also have a clearer picture of your own strengths, the areas where you need improvement, and how to continue practicing after our coaching relationship ends. And of course, you are always welcome to return as a Friend With Benefits client, if you miss me after we’re done.
This process is not for everyone, and I recognize that it is a significant financial and time commitment. For that reason, I require a two hour consultation with every new dating coaching client. I want to make sure you are in the right place for this kind of intensive work, that we are a good match, and that your goals are both honest and realistically achievable before either of us commits to several months of working together. The consult is NOT a full service session. Expect to spend the entire consultation talking about what you hope to get out of the coaching experience, and learning more about what I offer.
If we decide to proceed, we will create a personalized package of six to ten dates. Each date will be followed several days later by a one hour feedback session, giving us both time to reflect on the experience. During those sessions, we will discuss the experience, identify specific areas for improvement, and develop practical ways for you to practice those skills outside of our dates. The dates themselves will likely include intimacy coaching each time, but you can expect the feedback sessions to be spent developing verbal communication skills while discussing the date experience with openness and honesty.
We will also explore the best ways for you to meet people based on your personality, interests, comfort level, and goals. That might mean helping you write an app bio that actually sounds like you, choosing photos that show your personality, encouraging you to find and attend the right local events, practicing how to begin and maintain conversations, or going all the way back to square one and learning how to form genuine friendships with women.
The process will look different for every client because there is no single formula for becoming better at dating. The goal is not to turn you into someone else. It is to help you become more self aware, socially capable, comfortable, and confident while giving you the practical skills and necessary hands-on practice to connect with other people more successfully.
If you’re ready to stop guessing, understand what may be holding you back, and approach dating with more confidence and practical skills, reach out via email or use my scheduling calendar to book your two hour consultation. We will talk honestly about your experiences, challenges, and goals, then decide together whether dating coaching is the right fit for you. If we do proceed, we will put together a package based on your needs and goals, likely consisting of 6-10 dates that each include some kind of social activity and some intimate time, and the same number of one-hour follow up sessions, at a pace of roughly one date and one follow up appointment per month.
If you are prepared to be open, accept constructive feedback, and put what you learn into practice, I would love to help you build a dating life you can genuinely feel good about, not to mention skills that will improve all of your social experiences. Use my handy booking form to schedule your consultation and let’s get started.
If we decide that dating coaching is not the right fit, or you realize that you would prefer something lighter and less intensive, the Friends With Benefits Experience is still available, and it is much easier to book as an already-established (and screened) client. You are also welcome to book FWB dates at any time during the coaching process for a little serotonin and dopamine boost. So you can always enjoy a relaxed, supportive experience focused on connection, confidence, and feeling good, without the deeper analysis or blunt feedback that comes with coaching.
